Message a mod or admin to delete, lock, or move it. Since there isn't a 'Report' button, that's the way it goes down. I don't care if it wastes your time, just do it. If it's already been handled, well it's handled.
There is a Report an Abuse button at the bottom that can let you handle a bad thread, too.
